On Saturday, April 2nd, a few of our recently graduated Pit Crew therapy dogs were at the Cedar Park Farms to Market to hang out and do a little showing off too. Britagne Elliott, came by to film some of the activity. Britagne is a reporter for Texas Newswatch, a live broadcast program through the University of Texas’ School of Journalism.

Mark your calendars for Pit Bull Awareness 2011
Join Love-A-Bull as we set a new record for the world’s largest gathering of pit bull type dogs!
Date: Sunday, November 6, 2011
Parade: Meet at 11:30am in the Statesman parking lot, begins at 12pm.
Festival: 1pm – 5pm at Republic Square Park.
Cost: Both events are FREE and open to the public.
Parking: Street parking is first come, first serve. Parking at City Hall (entrance on Lavaca) is free until 5pm. Paid parking is available in State Parking Garage N (off San Antonio St.) and across 4th Street in a private lot. Prices may range from $5-$10.
All well-behaved leashed dogs, regardless of breed, are welcomed at this event.
