My name is General – I think. I know when I hear that and go over to the Nice Lady and Nice Man, they give me good things to eat. So I’ll just keep doing that. They say old dogs can’t learn new tricks. Well, let me tell you, since I’ve been at Nice Foster Lady and Man’s house, I’ve learned about things called ”cou-ches” and “beds.” They sure are softer than the ground I used to lay on. My elbows and ”moobs” (Nice Lady says I have these, and I’m sure it’s a good thing), are kind of worn from laying on hard stuff. I’m also learning to sit before I get my food, which sure is a bother. But now I get really good food every single day and the best part is: right after I eat I lay down and sleep, which is my bestest thing to do. I wake up in the morning, go outside, come in, get on the “cou-ch” and sleep!!! Then later I get to go outside again, come inside, and maybe get on my blankets. And sleep! The Foster Kids even cover me with a pink blanket, and I don’t even care that it’s pink! It sure is better here at Foster Man and Lady’s but they say I’m looking for a real home and it would be even better. If there are soft places to sleep in my real home, I’ll be so happy!

This post is brought to you by I AM the GENERAL. This is the first in a new series of blog posts from some of our Adopt-A-Bulls!
