Sam discovered Love-A-Bull through social media after adopting her first pit bull ever, Indy, from a local Austin shelter. As a lifelong animal lover looking to get more involved in her community, Love-A-Bull was the perfect opportunity.

Her favorite part of volunteering is seeing the resilience in our new adopt-a-bulls, regardless of their previous situations, and being a part of getting them to their healthiest and happiest. She also loves that other LAB volunteers are as happy to talk about adopt-a-bulls, their own dogs, or any dogs just as much as she is.

Sam joined the leadership team in mid-2024.
