Get ready for some spooky fun, as Love-A-Bull and Yard Bar team up to bring you the 3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween: Pit Bull Awareness Month celebration, Costume Contest, and Silent Auction Pickup Party! And that’s not all – Love-A-Bull will also be setting up a booth with all the information you need about our mission and some cool merchandise for you to take home.
Costume Contest (Starts at 2:00 PM)
If you’re ready to show off your pet’s costume, then don’t miss our highly attended Costume Contest. We request that all individuals interested in signing up make a suggested donation of at least $10. All proceeds will go towards supporting Love-A-Bull’s mission to promote responsible guardianship and improve the lives of pit bull-type dogs through community support, education, advocacy, and rescue. Oh, and did we mention that we have some amazing prizes for you too?
Costume Contest categories include
- Best Group Costume (humans are invited to participate!)
- Best Owner/Handler Look-A-Like
- Best DIY Costume, and Best Pittie Costume.
Silent Auction Pickup Party
There’s more! Join us in celebrating Love-A-Bull Pit Bull Awareness Month with the final day of our Silent Auction Pickup Party. The fundraiser, which runs from October 19th to 26th, features fantastic prizes from both local and nationwide vendors. So mark your calendars and don’t miss out on all the fun!
Winners will pick up their local prizes on-site at Yard Bar on October 28th between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.
