Dear Friends –
Since the start of Covid, we’ve adopted out 58 dogs and puppies!! We could not have done it without our amazing fosters and the support of our community. As the world continues to push through uncertainty, we are still moving at full speed to save as many dogs as we can from the rural kill shelters we partner with. Fostering not only saves lives, it will give you purpose and passion and we need you!! We provide everything you need to foster for us and you become part of the Love–A–Bull family. Will you foster for us? Click HERE to learn more and fill out an app. Love– A– Bull Board of Directors,

We wish you a safe – and of course socially distanced – 4th of July weekend! Remember, this holiday can be very scary and dangerous for your pets. The ASPCA has some great tips for keeping your pets safe, such as keeping citronella candles, insect coils and tiki torch oil products out of reach. For the rest of the article, click HERE!

NO LONGER LONGEST STAY – MAPLE!!
|
|
We are very excited to announce that one of our longest stay dogs, Maple, has been adopted!! Maple was found as a stray in Pflugerville in 2018. She was brought into the Pflugerville Animal Shelter, where Love–a–Bull Board Member, Sara, began fostering her from. Maple was soon transferred into Love–a–Bull, but for some reason, wasn’t getting much interest. Her foster, Sara, didn’t know why. Maple was sweet and silly. But she was also a bow legged senior who preferred to be the only princess in the home. After 14 months in her loving foster home, a young lady named Ashley saw a post on Maple wearing a sign around her neck explaining her situation. The rest is history and Maple is now living a lovely life with her new adopter, Ashley! Sara visited Maple last week and it was a wonderful reunion. Fostering saves lives and changes yours! |
